Subscription Cancellation Policy

When you purchase an Enterprise or Celebrity subscription, you will automatically be billed on the same day of each month. If at some point you no longer need your SoNuker subscription, send us a message via our Contact Us page and we will set your account to expire at the end of your current month’s subscription. You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time.

If for example, you subscribed on the 23rd of the month, but write us about cancelling your account on the 10th of the next month, we will set your account to cancel 13 days later, at the end of your current month’s subscription. If you were to prefer immediate cancellation, simply let us know and we can do that for you as well.

You are not obligated to remain subscribed for any period of time, but you will need to write us when you are ready to cancel. We will then handle it and send you a confirmation message.

Refund Policy

99% of problems can be solved with a simple email. We request that you reach out to us using our Contact Us page. Our Customer Service Department will get back to you within 1-8 (usually less than 8 hours) with a review of your concern and a solution.

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Service malfunctions or doesn’t work as described

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

AudienceGain’s Retention Guarantee is void if:

  1. The customer ordered from a different company, person, or service at any time.
  2. The customer’s account had experienced a reduction in Followers/Likes/Views/Plays before ordering from AudienceGain or those acquired via different means.
  3. The customer makes their Account/Page/Video/Photo/Track private, restricted or otherwise inaccessible (e.g. changing the customer’s username) during and/or after a campaign.
  4. If a customer blocks/deletes/bans the followers/likes/plays/views that they received from AudienceGain.

The Company shall make a final and non-appealable determination regarding any Retention Guarantee requests.

Buying YouTube Monetized Channel

The company shall in no way be liable for any accounts, features, photos, videos, and/or tracks and that are removed due to our services being implemented or your interaction with AudienceGain. It is nearly impossible to determine why social media account providers suspend or delete accounts or content. All purchases of Services are made at your own risk. Due to this, we cannot refund after services have been completed if this has occurred to an account/content.

For YouTube Monetized Channel, after customers receive the channel, we spend 3 days for the customer to check the channel and change the password and other information on the channel. After that time, we will not be responsible for anything that happens to your YouTube channel, including channel being demonetization, disabled, or anything else.

All Sales are Final. No refunds after accounts are delivered.

When you buy the channels and accounts, you agreed with our terms and conditions.

Retention Guarantee

If a customer uses one of AudienceGain’s Services and then loses subscribers, watchtime, and likes or followers acquired by AudienceGain (beyond the Extras), we may be able to re-deliver them at no cost at the Company’s discretion. Each service offers a different duration for AudienceGain’s Retention Guarantee, and is indicated below:

  • YouTube Watch Hours: Lifetime Guarantee
  • YouTube Adwords Views: Lifetime Guarantee
  • YouTube Adwords Subscribers: Lifetime Guarantee
  • Google Adsense Account: Lifetime Guarantee
  • Facebook Followers: Lifetime Guarantee
  • Facebook Monetization Views: Lifetime Guarantee
  • TikTok Followers: Lifetime Guarantee
  • TikTok Views: Lifetime Guarantee
