Answer with auto-reply statements
Your aim should be to answer to followers with real statements. A simple ‘thanks’ won’t cut it. A ‘Thanks, Matthew’ may go a better way. The more you put in, the more your followers will get out.
Spam
Everybody hates spam being sent to their accounts or posted in comments. This can be the worst of mistakes on SoundCloud. But, what is this spam? Right here is the basic example of what you should never ever do or say:
– Wow, killer song! I just make a new track that sounds like it, check out on my page. –
In case you make this mistake on SoundCloud I’ll give your SoundCloud the lowest mark: F+.
Leave your accounts inactive

Inactive accounts cannot gain more followers on SoundCloud.
Accounts that are ignored by those who own them are ignored by those who visit them. Even a simple update on why you’re being quiet occasionally is content that your followers can read, and can let them know what’s up. Carry on updating and also you’ll carry on gaining reputation.
When you need to step away from your account for whatever purpose, you may get your plays keep going with our SoundCloud plays service. This will get your actual followers seeing that you’re active again and get them coming again to your SoundCloud. There’s nothing like starting little bit of activity to encourage lots of activity, and that’s just what this service is for.
Not embed your music style in the keywords
SoundCloud has a helpful function that enables trending tracks to be grouped by genre. Followers of that genre can take a look at what’s cool and discover you (if you’re cool!) simply. SoundCloud can only do that when you include the genre of your music as the primary listed keyword. Make it simple for your followers to search out you by always including this.
Cannot get more followers on SoundCloud due to poor organization
Not presenting your info accurately, with every upload, leads to an entire lot of hard work amounting to nothing. When somebody shares one among your tracks on their feed it permits other users to listen to your track and clearly see the title of the track – but they then have to look at a tiny reference to find out who carried out the track.
The format you must use for all your tracks, to make it simpler for people to find who you are once you have been shared is: ‘Artist/Band Name – Track Title’
Missing basic formatting and connections
Your URL for all platforms must be match. For example, if my hip-hop brand is ‘L.K and The Beats’ I would like all of my URLs are the same like:
- fb.com/jkandtheheartbearts
- instagram.com/jkandtheheartbearts
- soundcloud.com/jkandtheheartbearts
